To ensure a code-compliant installation of a chimney that extends straight up through the roof of your dome, you will need a specialized kit that provides the necessary components and clearance for your insulated stovepipe. This kit is specifically designed for full-size wood-burning stoves with an 8" outer diameter (OD) chimney pipe.
 
Included in the kit are the following components:
Outer metal flashing sized for 8" OD chimney pipe
Interior aluminum oval collar
Storm collar
Vinyl collar in the color of your dome (please make a selection)
Specialized vinyl cement glue
 
The kit can be installed on any part of your dome or zome that has a maximum slope of approximately 45 degrees. No pre-manufactured opening is required for installation.
We recommend using an 8" OD insulated chimney pipe as it offers advantages such as being lighter, easier to handle, and not requiring a support bracket. 
 
Remember to fully tighten the nuts using an impact driver or socket wrench to ensure occupant safety.
